The WSOTC Exhibition Team is currently very active and has a full schedule.  We present  “Dog Shows” at Nursing Homes, Retirement Centers and Adult Day Care Centers twice monthly on Thursday afternoons.  Our team consists of  8 handlers, all members of WSOTC, and up to 17 (well behaved!) dogs.  We demonstrate obedience exercises from Novice through Utility.  Each dog does something at his/her own level.    The dogs do tricks, and various other forms of entertainment.  There is music, and many of the dogs can and will dance!  We also have a couple of dogs who compose their own music.J  They jump through hoops, push carts, jump over each other, take a nap and other fun stuff. For a finale, we have a small agility course for the dogs to maneuver through.  At the conclusion of our show, we take the dogs around to visit the residents one on one.  Several of our dogs are registered therapy dogs with the Delta Society so are used to being handled and petted. 

We have a variety of breeds on our team.  Presently the team consists of  1 Rottweiler, 1 Bernese Mountain Dog, 3 Poodles, 4 Shelties, 2 Min-Pins, and 6 Border Terriers!   Each dog is special, and brings his/her own talents to our team.  We have a great time, and are warmly welcomed everywhere we go.
